Physical Security Officers (PSO’s) will work in demanding, fast‑paced environments such as medical centers, government facilities, hospitality venues, and public events. The role may involve firearm use. PSOs protect people, information, and property while delivering high‑end customer service.

• Deliver high‑end customer service
• Respond to emergencies
• Deterr to prevent crime
• Complete daily logs and incident reports
• Conduct regular walking or vehicle patrols
• Build and maintain professional rapport with clients, guests, and co‑workers
• De‑escalate conflicts
• Perform ingress/egress control procedures

• Perform other related duties as assigned

• ACT 235 current
• 21 years of age
• Current and valid driver’s license
• High school diploma or GED
• 2 years of armed security experience
• Pass Physical Agility Test (PAT) and Armed Security Officer course
• Pass drug screen
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Proficient time management skills
• Reliable transportation
• Excellent de‑escalation skills
• Proficient firearms skills
• Extensive use of force knowledge
• Comprehensive background investigation and urinalysis screening required

• Lift up to 25 pounds
