Job Description
- Need to handle solution delivery for Salesforce by connecting with customers and identifying new opportunities.
- Align customer and business strategies to help achieve desired results for customers through technology innovation and enablement of value creation for organizations.
- Ability to build and maintain strong, positive relationships with clients.
- Work with cross‑functional teams to develop and deliver customized solutions that meet customer needs and enable global delivery teams by providing optimal delivery solutions.
- Ability to identify growth opportunities and anticipate market trends.
- Driving revenue growth through consultative selling and strategic proposals.
- Expert in virtual presentations and digital communication platforms; familiar with latest technology and changes in market; coordinating internal teams to ensure timely delivery of services.
- Should be a problem solver, have creative approaches to client challenges and an ability to thrive in fast‑changing environments.
- Develop and execute portfolio strategies aligned with client goals; identify growth opportunities and create plans for upselling and cross‑selling.
- Drive joint business planning and strategic value alignment; collaborate with different service practices, horizontals within the organization to drive solutions contextual to the customer.
- Sales management through rigor in review of pipeline and performance against plan on weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
- Develop and execute account strategies aligned with client goals.

Salary Range$120,000-$140,000 a year
