The RoleAs a Sales Assistant, you’ll support in‑person B2B Sales and Promotions activity while developing practical sales skills. You’ll work directly with local businesses, helping communicate T‑Mobile’s products and services clearly and professionally, while supporting the wider sales process.
This role sits at the intersection of marketing, communication, and sales. It’s hands‑on, people‑focused, and ideal for someone who wants to build real experience rather than just add a title to his resume.
What You’ll Be Responsible ForYou’ll be trusted to represent the brand in a professional business environment and support sales activity through real conversations. Your responsibilities include engaging business owners face‑to‑face, communicating product information clearly, and supporting demonstrations that show how T‑Mobile’s business solutions improve connectivity and day‑to‑day operations.
You’ll help ensure brand messaging is delivered consistently, support customer onboarding and enquiries, and assist senior team members with campaign activity. You’ll also be expected to manage your time, maintain accurate notes, and apply feedback quickly to improve how you communicate and present.

CompensationWeekly pay including commissions, with typical first‑year earnings in the range of $60,000–$65,000 per year. Earnings increase in line with performance, reliability, and responsibility.
