Merchant Row is expanding into Wilmington, Delaware, and we’re growing our Business-to-Business sales team in partnership with T-Mobile. As a boutique sales agency with global experience and a strong local focus, we help established brands grow through consultative, relationship-driven sales strategies that deliver measurable results.
As a B2B Sales Consultant, you’ll represent T-Mobile Business, working directly with local business owners and decision-makers to introduce connectivity and communication solutions that are essential to how modern companies operate and scale.
This role offers an exciting opportunity to build commercial experience, develop professional sales skills, and grow within a structured, performance-led environment.
What You’ll Be Doing- Representing T-Mobile Business solutions, including wireless business plans, data services, mobile devices, and connectivity packages tailored to business needs
- Meeting with business owners and managers across Wilmington to understand how their teams communicate and operate
- Identifying challenges around reliability, coverage, scalability, device management, and cost efficiency
- Delivering consultative, value-focused presentations that clearly explain product features, pricing structures, and long-term benefits
- Guiding clients through the decision-making process with clear communication and professional follow-up
- Building and maintaining commercial relationships that support repeat business and account growth
- Collaborating with Merchant Row leadership to strengthen the Wilmington market presence
- Staying informed on T-Mobile product updates, promotions, and telecom industry developments
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Confidence engaging with business decision-makers
- A commercially minded, goal-driven approach
- Interest in B2B sales, business development, or telecom
- Willingness to learn, apply feedback, and develop professionally
- Previous experience in sales, retail, hospitality, or customer-facing roles is beneficial but not required
- Structured training in consultative B2B sales and account development
- Hands-on experience representing T-Mobile Business
- Weekly pay with performance-based commissions and bonuses, with typical monthly earnings in the $4000–$4500 range
- Clear progression into Account Executive, Senior Consultant, or leadership roles
