DiSabatino Design Build is seeking a Residential Interior Sales & Design professional to join our growing team. This is a fast-paced, high-touch role for a driven sales professional who understands residential construction and thrives on building long-term client relationships. This position blends consultative sales with design-forward thinking in a construction-heavy environment. If you are a high performer who can lead clients from initial conversation through close and confidently navigate kitchens, bathrooms, basements, and additions, we want to hear from you.

• Manage residential sales opportunities from lead to close, working closely with homeowners on renovation and addition projects.
• Operate in a sales-forward, relationship-driven role rooted in a strong understanding of residential construction.
• Leverage DiSabatino’s established book of business, collaborate with an experienced team of Sales Designers, and guide clients through a thoughtful, high-touch sales process supported by design and construction expertise.

• Experience as a Residential Interior Sales & Design professional or equivalent.
• Understands residential construction and can lead clients from initial conversation through close.
• Design-forward thinking with the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-touch environment.

• Base Salary: $85,000–$100,000 (depending on experience)
• Commission:
  Earned on collected sales above an established salary goal
• Comprehensive Benefits Package available after 60 days
• Established top performers can earn $200,000–$250,000+ annually
