Medical Device Sales Associate – Territory Account Manager

Join Tactile Medical as a Medical Device Sales Associate – Territory Account Manager komplik with at-home therapy devices treating lymphedema, chronic venous insufficiency, and respiratory illnesses.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct full‑cycle consultative sales: prospecting, scheduling, attending meetings, product demonstrations, and follow‑up.
  • Partner with physicians, therapists and other clinicians to increase awareness and education on the Flexi Touch system and other products.
  • Provide in‑home product demonstrations and assist patients with questions.
  • Support the Territory Account Manager in surpassing monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.
  • Offer customer support through training and education in disease state, treatment protocolsagona and reimbursement requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable regulatory requirements, including HIPAA.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combined education and work experience (4 years).
  • 1+ year of outside sales/inside sales experience.
  • 2+ years of patient‑facing clinical experience.
  • 1+ year of Tactile Medical patient‑facing or sales support work experience.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Outside sales experience with in‑person product demonstrations.
  • Clinical experience working directly with lymphedema patients (e.g., Nurse, CLT, PTA, PT, OT, OTA, etc.).
  • Demonstrated success interacting with Tactile Medical patients, customers, and clinicians.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and time‑management skills.
  • Strong sales “close” experience and mentality, including persuasiveness, assertiveness and persistence.
  • Resourceful, self‑starter.
  • Ability to travel/drive within the territory and outside for conferences anddruck trainings.
  • Capable of lifting 20 pounds.
Salary Information

US Pay Range: $61,600 – $82,005 USD
