Overview

Retail Sales Associate – Part Time at ALLDATA (Auto Zone). Role involves delivering WOW! Customer Service, helping customers find the right parts and solutions, maintaining well-stocked inventory, and providing expert advice to enhance the shopping experience. This position supports store operations, sales growth, and a positive, knowledgeable retail environment.

• Customer Assistance & Communication – Engage with customers, provide trustworthy automotive advice, and ensure positive interactions through clear, professional communication.
• Leadership & Teamwork – Collaborate with managers and teammates to create a motivated, productive store environment. Support team members and demonstrate leadership in daily responsibilities.
• Sales & Metrics Mindedness – Recommend products, services, and promotions to enhance customer experience, while contributing to sales goals and store performance metrics.
• Inventory Management & Store Operations – Restock merchandise, maintain organization, follow proper point of sale procedures, and adhere to loss prevention policies to ensure smooth store operations.
• Process Orientation & Safety Compliance – Use structured processes to complete tasks efficiently and follow company safety policies, including use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
• Product Knowledge – Stay up to date on automotive parts, tools, and promotions through Auto Zone systems.
• Diagnostics Support – Use diagnostic tools to read codes from customer vehicles and recommend solutions.

• Minimum Age:
  Must be at least 16 years old to apply.
• Physical Requirements:
  
  Ability to lift, load and deliver merchandise.

  Availability including mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.

• Automotive Knowledge:
  Basic knowledge of automotive parts preferred.
• Exceptional Communication:
  Strong people skills and effective communication in both Spanish and English.
• Automotive Retail:
  Previous experience in automotive retail.
• Certifications:
  
  Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) Certification.
