Senior Cook

SENIOR COOK (FULL TIME)

Compass Group USA is hiring a Senior Cook full time for the Saint Marks High School (2501 Pike Creek Road, Wilmington, DE 19808). Position is full‑time Monday‑Friday, hours may vary.

Salary: $23.00–$25.00 per hour.
Experience: Management background required.

• May oversee cooking activities of food service associates as assigned by Food Service Director.
• Prepare various entrees and menu items following established recipes.
• Operate and clean equipment after each use; perform scheduled routine cleaning.
• Store, label and date food items according to policy; maintain organized storage of dry goods, refrigerated and frozen products.
• Follow HACCP guidelines to ensure quality and safety.
• Comply with federal, state and local health and sanitation regulations and department sanitation procedures.
• Assist Food Service Director in maintaining accurate daily production records and complete all required documentation, reports and logs.
• Assist in cross‑training of employees.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Experience with management background required.
• Ability to perform essential functions with or without reasonable accommodation.
