Position Overview:

As a Line Cook at 322 BBQ, you’ll be part of a passionate kitchen crew crafting smoked meats, elevated comfort food, and signature specialties—all from scratch. We’re seeking someone who takes pride in the details and works well under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:

Food Preparation:
Prep and cook menu items in accordance with recipe specs and portion controls.

Station Management:
Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked station throughout service.

Team Communication:
Communicate effectively with fellow cooks, prep staff, and front-of-house to ensure seamless service.

Quality Control:
Monitor food for quality, consistency, and presentation, ensuring every plate meets our standards.

Cleanliness & Safety:
Follow sanitation guidelines and health code regulations to maintain a safe and clean kitchen.

What We’re Looking For:

Experience:

Prior experience on the line or in a busy kitchen is preferred, but we’re willing to train motivated individuals.

Speed & Accuracy:
Ability to work quickly without sacrificing quality.

Dependability:
Show up on time, ready to work, and support your teammates.

Flexibility:
Willing to work a variety of shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays.
