• Oversee food preparation and cooking in all production environments.
• Direct and support the day-to-day operations; supervise the food production and sanitation staff.
• Assist with hiring and training of new kitchen staff.
• Responsible for daily duties in the absence of the Executive Chef.
• Open and close the kitchen and perform other side duties as directed by the Executive Chef.
• Participate in inventory, development of par sheets, and placing food and supply orders.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of four years  progressive responsibility in a full-service restaurant, catering, healthcare, country club/hotel, or cruise line environment.
• Serve Safe Certification (preferred).
• Experience in all cooking stations and methods.

$58,350.00 - $74,463.00 / year. Starting rate will vary based on skills and experience.
