Registered Nurse (RN) – Acute Care Rehabilitation (Full‑time Day Shift)
Christiana Care's Center for Rehabilitation at Wilmington Hospital (CRWH) is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to provide nursing care for patients in our accredited Comprehensive Inpatient Rehabilitation Facility.
LocationWilmington, Delaware
Work Hours7 a.m. – 7 p.m. (day shift); coverage for evening shift (3 p.m. – 11 p.m.) may be required. Weekends and holidays per departmental guidelines.
Pay Range$41.28 – $66.05 per hour (based on skills and experience).
Key ResponsibilitiesProvide nursing care and support to patients undergoing rehabilitation, collaborate with medical staff to manage medical problems, and participate in interdisciplinary care planning.
Education & Experience Requirements- Delaware RN License or Compact Nursing License.
- Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN); BSN required within three years of hire.
- Minimum one year RN experience.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Preferred: 1–2 years in Rehabilitation, Med/Surg, or Stepdown.
