We are looking for compassionate LPNs to work in the Private Duty Nursing department in Newark, Wilmington, or Kent/Sussex Delaware. The position offers a per‑diem rate of $25.62 per hour plus applicable differentials for working 56 hours per month.
Schedule Flexibility- Flexible work schedule; part‑time, per‑diem 80 hours per month.
- Weekend shifts required (one weekend per month).
- Two‑week daytime orientation in Camden, followed by field orientation on night shift.
- Provide overnight care, ensuring patient safety and comfort.
- Administer medications and other prescribed treatments as ordered.
- Coordinate care with the family, the patient’s physician, and other healthcare professionals.
- Establish compassionate, responsive, and courteous relationships with patients and families.
- Work overnight and weekend shifts.
- Delaware LPN license; one year of experience in a healthcare setting preferred.
- Associate’s degree or completion of an accredited LPN education program.
- Experience in acute or chronic care facility, or home health agency, preferred.
- Prior home healthcare and long‑term care experience preferred.
- Tracheostomy and ventilator experience a plus.
