Base pay: $30.00/hr – $37.00/hr (includes shift differential for evenings, nights, and weekends).

The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) delivers quality care consistent with the scope of practice as outlined by the local state nurse practice act for Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurses. The LPN is responsible for tasks, activities, and functions as delegated and may assign duties to others as defined by the state of practice act. The LPN provides patient monitoring as directed by the HSA, DON, RN, or Medical Director or other practitioner.

• Day shift (required onsite training 3–6 weeks)
• Night shift (required onsite training 3–6 weeks)
• PRN (required onsite training 3–6 weeks)

Shifts:

12‑hour (8 PM–8 AM) with rotating weekends.

Must be available for at least 3–6 weeks for onsite training.
