**** Responsibilities:

**** Develop and refine compelling value propositions, market-facing messaging, and core narratives that clearly articulate product & feature benefits that meet customer needs and are differentiated from competitors
**** Champion Campaign Integration:
**** You will collaborate with cross-functional teams—including Brand, Channel Leads, Product Strategy and others to ensure a cohesive and seamless customer experience across the entire marketing ecosystem.
* Hands on strategic planning experience for multi-channel integrated marketing campaigns
* Experience in marketing consumer products
* Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and persuade stakeholders at all levels, including senior leadership.
* Demonstrated ability to translate complex data and customer insights into actionable marketing strategies.
* Experience writing insightful creative briefs and leading the creative development process from concept to execution.
* A collaborative spirit and experience managing multiple projects in a fast-paced, agile environment.
* Bachelor's Degree or military experience
* At least 5 years of experience in marketing, brand strategy, or advertising
* At least 2 years of experience developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns
* 7+ years of marketing experience, with a focus on brand strategy or campaign development
* Marketing experience in financial services or another heavily regulated industry
