Overview
Serves as the micro hospital Lease Manager within the Administrative Section of Facilities Management Service at the Wilmington VA Medical Center (WVAMC). This position reports to the Chief, Facilities Management Service (FMS).
Responsibilities- As a Lease Manager, the Program Specialist will independently analyze, plan, and execute complex micro hospital facilities lease administration, analyzing operation and maintenance activities essential to the accomplishment of the employing unit's mission
