As an operational and sales leader, you will be responsible for general management of the branch, including P & L management, branch revenue/sales, and overall operations.

The Branch Operations Manager will lead a team whose passion is to deliver exceptional service for homeowners and businesses alike. • Previous service management or operations experience in a route based or service-oriented business is preferred (e.g., package delivery, beverage, uniform, or vending services; pest control, lawn care, or construction). Other types of management experience may be considered.
• High integrity and creative thinking with an emphasis on building teams and long‑term, profitable relationships.
• Bachelor's degree.
• 5+ years of operational responsibility, including P&L and forecasting.
• Previous responsibility for the sales process and results.
• Experience providing strategic planning and succession planning initiatives.
• Experience conducting/managing third party audits in a pest control environment.
• Motivation/Passion/Desire to build teams, recruit, train & cultivate top performers, and enable future success within the organization.
• Must be 18 years of age.
• Good driving record and ability to pass a drug screen.
• Physical job requirements: safely use a ladder within weight capacity, lift and carry up to 50 lbs., safely access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, roof tops, etc., ability to work in all types of weather conditions.

Salary Minimum: 95000
Salary Maximum: 110000
