About the Role
Elite Building Services is looking to hire a hands‑on Cleaning Supervisor in the Wilmington, DE area. Candidates must possess organizational skills, attention to detail and a strong work ethic. Candidates should be able to clean and lead the team simultaneously.
Location1201 Market Street, Wilmington, DE.
Responsibilities- Supervise a crew of cleaners to be sure the entire scope of work is being completed.
- Be sure all supplies are well stocked for our cleaners to use.
- Check all dispensers each night to be sure they are all properly filled.
- Communicate with the customer on site to see what concerns or needs they may have.
- Schedule all carpet cleaning and floor stripping and waxing to meet the scope.
- Communicate regularly with the Operations Manager for Elite.
- Make sure each employee is clocking in and out properly each night.
- Handle all call outs and arrange to cover all responsibilities.
$19.00 per hour
Hours/Days of OperationMonday thru Friday, 5:30pm to 9:30pm. Occasional weekends as needed.
Role Requirements- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
- Janitorial experience is a plus (Not Required).
- Floorcare experience & Floorcare machine knowledge is a plus (Not Required).
- General commercial cleaning experience is a plus (Not Required).
- Must have reliable personal vehicle.
- Must be able to lift 20+ pounds regularly every day.
- Bend, stretch, stand, twist, reach, walk & sit for extended periods of time.
- Climb stairs and ladders.
