Anchor Management owns four Planet Fitness clubs in Wilmington and Shallotte, NC. Our mission is to create an atmosphere that fosters personal growth, well‑being, and a positive mindset.

The Club Cleaner will be responsible for creating a positive member experience by providing a superior level of club cleanliness to Planet Fitness members, prospective members and guests.

• Coordinate with club leadership on daily cleaning duties.
• Refill items such as paper towels, soap, sanitizer, etc.
• Stock storage areas and supply closets with upkeep materials.
• Utilize specific tools for cleaning such as backpack vacuums, mops, floor machines, and scrub brushes.
• Assist in maintaining the neatness and cleanliness of the club by performing wellness check laps.

• Ability to maintain a fast‑paced level of urgency.
• A passion for fitness and health.
• Upbeat and positive attitude.
• Punctuality and reliability is a must.
• Able to be coached and provided feedback.
• Communicate well with other team members and be a team player.

• Continual standing and walking during shift.
• Must be able to occasionally lift up to 45 lbs.
• Occasionally encounter toxic chemicals during shift.

Compensation: $14.00 per hour.
