We are seeking a seasoned professional with a strong background in Professional Liability within the Legal industry. This role requires an individual who is not only proficient in legal writing but also has a strong understanding of the complexities and nuances of professional liability. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in the field and a proven track record of managing professional liability cases.

This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, where every day brings new challenges and opportunities for growth.

• Provide expert advice on professional liability matters to both internal and external clients.
• Conduct thorough and detailed investigations into professional liability claims.
• Draft, review, and revise legal documents related to professional liability matters.
• Liaise with relevant parties, including insurance providers, clients, and legal professionals, to manage and resolve professional liability cases.
• Stay updated on current laws, regulations, and industry standards related to professional liability.
• Represent the organization in litigation and dispute resolution processes related to professional liability claims.
• Develop and implement strategies to mitigate professional liability risks.
• Provide training and guidance to other team members on professional liability matters.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure compliance with professional liability regulations and standards.

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in professional liability within the Legal industry.
• Exceptional legal writing skills.
• Strong knowledge of laws, regulations, and industry standards related to professional liability.
• Proven experience in managing professional liability cases, from investigation to resolution.
• Excellent negotiation and dispute resolution skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Membership in good standing with the local State Bar.
