Salary range: $235,000–$390,000 annually, based on classification.

Senior associate position in Wilmington, Delaware, requiring admission to the Delaware Bar. The role focuses on representing corporations and their officers and directors in Delaware stockholder class actions, derivative litigation, and complex commercial litigation before the Delaware Court of Chancery.

• Advise and represent companies and their officers and directors in Delaware stockholder class action and derivative litigation.
• Manage complex commercial litigation matters involving a broad range of industries including technology and life sciences.>
  
  Participate in the development and execution of litigation strategy, discovery, and trial preparation.
• Collaborate closely with partners and senior associates to achieve favorable outcomes for clients.

• Minimum 2 years of experience at a large national law firm, with 2–6 years of broad-based civil litigation experience.
• Superior academic credentials (JD from a top-tier law school). School transcripts may be required for consideration.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
• Lateral candidates only; applicants must be coming directly from another large firm within the same practice group.
