Position Overview

J & J Staffing Resources is a trusted recruiting partner for this role. We are seeking an experienced Conflicts Counsel with experience in corporate or private equity conflicts
. This attorney will be responsible for evaluating and resolving legal, business, and ethical conflicts related to new business intake, lateral hires, and ongoing client engagements. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of conflict-of-interest rules, risk management, and regulatory requirements affecting law firm operations.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school and active bar membership in good standing.
• Prior experience as Conflicts Counsel or in a similar law firm risk-management role required.
• Strong background in corporate transactions and/or private equity matters.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Work Arrangement

This role offers a hybrid schedule based near a local office (e.g., Wilmington or New York). A fully remote arrangement may be considered for exceptional candidates not within commuting distance of a local office.
