  • Partner with cross-functional teams to identify process inefficiencies, human errors, and potential compliance risks.
  • Provide actionable feedback to leadership on process improvements and risk mitigation strategies.
  • Assist in designing, implementing, and improving compliance monitoring tools and systems to proactively detect issues.
  • Ensure that legal documentation and operational records are properly executed, organized, and maintained.

  • Licensed and in good standing in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
  • 2-4 years of legal experience in compliance, technology, or corporate practice.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of compliance fundamentals and experience working with software or hardware systems.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex legal and technical concepts to non-legal stakeholders.
  • A self-starter with grit, determination, and an eagerness to grow as an in-house attorney.
Desired Skills & Attributes
  • Business-minded approach to legal strategy, balancing risk and operational goals.
  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent project and time management capabilities.
  • Highly collaborative and relationship-driven; able to work with stakeholders across departments and levels.
  • Comfortable navigating complex legal issues independently and making strategic decisions.
  • Proactive, agile, and highly organized in fast-paced environments.

  • Generous paid time off (PTO), including vacation and holidays.
  • Flexible Paid Parental Leave (Both Maternity and Paternity).
  • A robust people-first culture that promotes professional growth, collaboration, diversity, inclusion, belonging, and work-life balance.
  • Opportunities to attend leadership development programs, industry events, and our annual company trip to Mexico.
