Our prestigious law firm client is seeking a Litigation Attorney focusing on Delaware Chancery Court matters
. This role is designed for a senior attorney who can operate with complete autonomy and take full ownership of complex cases from start to finish.
MUST have Chancery Court litigation experience.
Key Responsibilities- Lead all aspects of Chancery Court litigation, including strategy, pleadings, discovery, motion practice, and trial preparation
- Serve as primary counsel on complex commercial and fiduciary disputes
- Advise clients directly and provide strategic guidance throughout the lifecycle of matters
- Collaborate with partners and clients while maintaining full responsibility for assigned cases
- J.D. from an accredited law school
- Active Delaware Bar admission (or eligibility)
- Deep knowledge of Delaware corporate and fiduciary law
- Exceptional legal writing, analytical, and strategic skills
- Proven ability to handle high-stakes matters independently
- 8–15 years of litigation experience
- Significant, hands-on Delaware Chancery Court litigation experience required
- Must be able to manage matters independently without oversight
