I’m partnering with a well‑respected firm that is expanding its Family Law practice in their Wilmington, DE office. The firm is seeking a motivated Family Law Attorney with 0–5 years of experience
. This is an excellent opportunity for a junior attorney or clerk who wants hands‑on training, mentorship, and a collaborative environment that truly invests in its team.
The firm is known for its strong culture, tight‑knit team, and commitment to supporting attorneys as they build fulfilling, long‑term careers. The Family Law group is highly collegial, attorneys collaborate frequently, share strategy, and support one another’s professional development. The partners are growth‑minded and eager to train someone who’s enthusiastic about family law.
Key Responsibilities- Represent clients in divorce, custody, support, and related family law matters
- Draft motions, pleadings, discovery, and correspondence
- Conduct legal research and prepare case strategy
- Participate in hearings, mediations, and client meetings
- Work closely with partners, associates, paralegals, and support staff
- 0–5 years of experience
- Litigation experience is a plus, but not required
- Someone who thrives in a collaborative, in‑office environment
- A candidate drawn to meaningful, service‑oriented work
- Must be actively barred in Delaware
- Competitive base salary (approx. $80K–$100K+, depending on experience) + performance based bonus
