Finance Associate Attorney

A leading law firm is seeking an experienced Finance Attorney to join its Finance & Restructuring practice group. The ideal candidate will have six or more years of experience handling complex financial transactions and/or restructuring matters. This role offers the opportunity to work on a broad range of engagements, including workout and insolvency matters as well as sophisticated corporate finance transactions such as senior debt, asset-based lending, cash flow financing, sponsor finance, unitranche, and mezzanine deals.

• Advise clients on a variety of finance, restructuring, and insolvency-related matters.
• Draft, review, and negotiate documentation for corporate finance transactions.
• Manage complex deal processes and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Conduct legal research and provide strategic guidance on finance and restructuring issues.
• Support clients across industries in navigating financial transactions and distressed situations.

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school.
• Six or more years of corporate finance and/or restructuring experience at a large law firm.
• Active bar admission in the relevant state.
• Strong communication, drafting, and analytical skills.
• Excellent academic credentials and demonstrated ability to manage complex matters.
