Senior In-House Litigation Attorney

Position based on campus in Madison, WI. Relocation to the area is required and fully reimbursed. The company recruits nationally and provides financial relocation assistance.

We are seeking exceptional attorneys to join our legal team. You will support our ongoing growth as we expand our offerings and enter new global markets. Your primary focus will be on managing complex litigation and counseling on various areas of potential risk, including regulatory, competition, healthcare law, and more. You will assist in handling and winning multi‑million dollar disputes, minimizing risk through proactive counseling, representing the company in high‑stakes legal proceedings, forging relationships with vendors and industry collaborators, and ensuring compliance with existing and developing legal frameworks in the U.S. and abroad.

• Managing complex litigation.
• Counseling on potential risk areas (regulatory, competition, healthcare law, etc.).

• JD with experience counseling toward risk mitigation, drafting motions and briefs, taking depositions, conducting oral arguments, leading settlement negotiations, and trying cases.
• Strong academic and professional background.
• Experience in competition and regulatory litigation is a plus.
• Eye for detail, creative mind, excellent communication, writing and analytical skills.
