As a Product Manager for Bank Messaging, you will join a high-impact team of engineers, designers, and data scientists to build the "connective tissue" of our Consumer Bank. You won’t just be managing notifications; you will be a lead architect of a high-scale, omnichannel messaging strategy that serves millions of customers across a unified ecosystem.
Your role sits at the intersection of modern infrastructure and consumer trust. You will be responsible for:
- Platform Integration & Regulatory Governance:
Leading the high-stakes testing, validation, and delivery of regulatory messages across all channels (Email, SMS, Push, and Digital / Paper Documents). You will ensure that every mandated disclosure and "Next Best Action" is technically precise and compliant as we migrate and integrate a massive bank customers - Omnichannel Strategy:
Reimagining the digital tools that protect our customers—alerting them to fraud or guiding them through their financial journey at the exact right moment, on the most effective channel
If you are a "Systems Thinker" who can navigate the complex logic of back-ends while maintaining a relentless focus on the human being on the other side of the screen. You’ll turn complex compliance requirements into seamless digital experiences, ensuring that one of the largest integrations in banking history is invisible to the customer but infallible to the regulator.

- At least 3 years of experience working in Product Management
- Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining one of the following with an expectation that the required degree will be obtained on or before the scheduled start date:
- A Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field)
- A Master's Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field) or an MBA with a quantitative concentration
- Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer facing digital products

The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are listed below, by location. Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations, and refers to the amount Capital One is willing to pay at the time of this posting. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked.
