Akkodis is seeking an Solution Architect for a Contract with a client in Wilmington, DE. This role requires deep expertise in Sitecore XM/XM Cloud with headless architecture (SXA Headless/JSS/Next.js) and Sitecore AI Essentials to lead end‑to‑end solution design and delivery.

$45/hour to $53/hour;
The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

• Architect and deliver headless Sitecore solutions (SXA Headless/JSS/Next.js), defining content models, templates, reusable components, and integration patterns.
• Implement Sitecore AI Essentials to automate/optimize content operations and enable personalization & experimentation using Sitecore Personalize/CDP (A/B tests, journeys, segments).
• Establish CI/CD and Dev Ops practices (Azure Dev Ops/Git Hub) ensuring secure, scalable environments with proper secrets management, infrastructure readiness, and release governance.
• Optimize performance and experience quality—Core Web Vitals, caching/CDN (e.g., Front Door), SEO, and accessibility (WCAG) across headless front ends.
• Lead integrations with CRM, DAM, search, and analytics platforms; design and troubleshoot API contracts and event/data flows.
• Provide technical leadership and governance—code reviews, architectural standards, documentation/diagrams, content workflows, and guiding teams through migrations to Sitecore.

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 8–12+ years in web/CMS engineering, including 5+ years with Sitecore XM/XM Cloud and headless implementations (SXA Headless/JSS/Next.js).
• Proven expertise architecting and delivering headless Sitecore solutions, including content modeling, reusable components, and enterprise integrations (CRM, DAM, Search, analytics).
• Hands‑on experience with Sitecore AI Essentials, Personalize/CDP, and Azure (App Services, Front Door/CDN, Key Vault), plus strong CI/CD/Dev Ops practices using Azure Dev Ops or Git Hub.
