Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Scrum Master with strong Banking/Financial Services domain expertise to support Agile delivery initiatives for enterprise‑scale projects. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading Scrum teams in complex, highly regulated banking environments. This role requires a strong understanding of Agile frameworks, stakeholder management, and delivery governance within financial institutions.
Key Responsibilities- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand‑ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives
- Guide and coach teams on Agile best practices and Scrum principles
- Remove impediments and ensure smooth sprint execution
- Partner with Product Owners to manage product backlogs and prioritize features
- Track sprint metrics, velocity, burn‑down charts, and delivery timelines
- Coordinate with cross‑functional teams including business, technology, and compliance
- Ensure alignment with enterprise governance and banking regulatory standards
- Drive continuous improvement and Agile maturity across teams
Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 9 years of overall IT experience
- 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master
- Strong Banking/Financial Services domain experience (mandatory)
- Experience working in large enterprise environments (preferably JPMC or similar institutions)
- Hands‑on experience with Agile tools (JIRA, Confluence, etc.)
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience managing multiple teams or large‑scale programs preferred
- Scrum Master certification (CSM/SAFe/PSM) preferred
