The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master and strong Banking/Financial Services domain expertise. Responsibilities include facilitating Scrum ceremonies, tracking sprint metrics, and partnering with Product Owners. This role is key in driving continuous improvement and Agile maturity across teams.
