We are seeking an experienced Agentic AI Project Manager to lead and manage AI-driven bid and proposal initiatives. The role involves orchestrating autonomous AI agents, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring timely, high-quality bid submissions aligned with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Lead end-to-end management of AI-enabled bid projects (RFP/RFI/RFQ).
- Design, deploy, and oversee agentic AI workflows for proposal drafting, compliance checks, and data synthesis.
- Collaborate with sales, solution architects, legal, and technical teams to gather inputs.
- Ensure bid compliance, risk mitigation, and quality assurance.
- Track timelines, milestones, and deliverables using agile/project management tools.
- Optimize AI agent performance through feedback loops and continuous improvement.
- Maintain documentation, governance, and reporting dashboards.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Business, AI, or related field.
- 5+ years in bid management, proposal management, or technical project management.
- Experience with AI/ML systems, LLMs, or agentic AI frameworks.
- Strong understanding of RFP lifecycle and compliance requirements.
- Proficiency in project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, PMP preferred).
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience in enterprise AI deployments.
- Familiarity with automation tools, prompt engineering, and workflow orchestration.
- Background in consulting, IT services, or technology sales environments.
