Responsibilities- Single Point of Contact for delivery and accountable for all demand that comes through their respective Omnichannel and Content Delivery team.
- Manage a clear and concise process for demand intake and maintain a backlog or forecast of upcoming work which may include new requirements, change requests, and defect fixes via standard GCO GCS work management tools (i.e., JIRA).
- Drive discussions to understand level of effort associated with backlog items, prioritize which items require action, and ultimately define scope for delivery schedules (i.e., sprints) and timelines to deliver work.
