Senior Deskside IT Support Specialist

A leading IT service provider is seeking a Mid-Senior level Desktop Support Technician to provide professional deskside IT support in Wilmington, Delaware. The successful candidate will handle on-site analysis and resolution of desktop issues while maintaining strong customer service standards, especially in a financial environment. A minimum of 5 years in a similar role, hands-on experience with Windows and MAC OS, and excellent communication skills are required.
