Business Process Consultant

Overview

Business Process Consultant (BPC) –
Qnity invites a dynamic, detail‑oriented professional to join our Enablement Team and support Order‑to‑Cash operations across the Americas and EMEA. You will leverage expertise in SAP, SFDC, and e‑commerce to identify, implement, and optimize best practices, driving operational efficiency and elevating the overall customer experience.

• Provide expert troubleshooting and escalation support for SAP systems, collaborating with Continuous Improvement SMEs and IT Business Process Owners.
• Champion ERP integration and harmonization across multiple systems to ensure seamless operations.
• Oversee daily e‑commerce solutions (EDI, EDI Cloud, Order Capture, Portals, API), verifying transmissions, conducting root‑cause analysis, and delivering end‑user support.
• Assist CX professionals in order‑to‑cash management, invoicing, pricing, adjustments, reporting, complaint management, and delivery execution.
• Collaborate with Customer Experience and Run & Maintain leaders to gather requirements, address queries, and align with business objectives.
• Drive process and system enhancements, partnering with the Global Learning Leader to create targeted training for the Customer Experience team.
• Advocate regional best practices, training programs, and change management opportunities in collaboration with Continuous Improvement teams.

• 5–10 years of experience with EDI interfaces, PI/PO, and OTC processes.
• Proven project management experience and strong analytical skills.
• Comprehensive understanding of SAP architecture.
• Ability to develop and institutionalize best practices to meet evolving customer needs.
• Excellent communication and resilience in fast‑paced environments.
• Fluency in multiple languages and stakeholder engagement.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Familiarity with middleware maps and e‑commerce solution implementation within SAP.
