Project Manager with a Capital Markets background.

• 7-8 years' experience in the information technology industry (3 years in systems development)
• 4 years applying project management standards and best practices to initiate, plan, execute, monitor, control and close technically complex projects for a large enterprise and/or client, including proposal development and working with agile and waterfall methodologies
• 2 years experience managing resources (personnel, cost, schedule, equipment)
• Provide concrete examples of: proven success leading multiple large teams and/or projects at the same time--ability to handle multiple competing priorities in a fast‑paced, matrix environment to deliver as promised on time and within budget
• Self‑motivated and agile in building, updating and executing plans to handle change requests, risks, opportunities and issues in a time‑critical environment
• Refined teamwork, leadership, and interpersonal skills with the ability to mentor other project managers, guide problem and conflict resolution, and generate results under sometimes stressful circumstances
• Experience leading discussions with key stakeholders, including excellent verbal and written communications with customers, technical teams, peers and senior management to report status, coordinate strategy, proactively identify and resolve issues, collect and refine project constraints, and articulately describe project objectives, deliverables and high‑level technical approach
• Ability to collaborate to identify alternative technical and business approaches to deliver innovative, optimal and value‑added solutions within aggressive timelines and budgets, as well as the ability to champion improvements

• Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems, Project Management, or related field.
• Will consider other non‑technical degrees with 4 years of technical management experience preferably in software or systems engineering.
