Senior Systems Analyst – Christiana Care

Christiana Care is a leading health system committed to excellence at a Top 100 Hospital. The Senior Systems Analyst will be responsible for designing, implementing and supporting Workday integrations.

Base pay range: $85,862.40 – $ per year.

• Contribute to strategy and roadmap discussions for integrations.
• Serve as the subject matter expert for all integrations HCM/Payroll/Finance/SCM.
• Lead major integration projects as Integration Lead.
• Provide support for Workday and other HR systems, inbound and outbound integration issues, changes to existing integrations and new integrations.
• Support incident management and integration monitoring.
• Perform routine break/fix support and regression testing for inbound/outbound interfaces and middleware.
• Ensure accuracy and integrity of data and applications through analysis, coding, clear documentation, and problem resolution.
• Translate functional specifications and change requests into technical specifications.
• Ensure integrations function as designed based on functional and technical requirements.
• Consult with business and technical teams on interface design and maintenance; collaborate with other architects and technical leads.
• Design and develop interfaces and conduct unit and integration tests.
• Mentor junior integration analysts.
• Follow Data Governance, integration standards, security and data privacy standards.
• Adhere to departmental safety rules and report any unsafe activities.
• Perform other related duties as required.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software, Engineering or a related technical discipline.
• 6+ years of experience in interface architecture.
• Experience with Workday (required).
• Experience with UKG/Dell Boomi (a plus).
• An equivalent combination of education and experience may be substituted.

• Ability to coordinate with third parties on data‑related inquiries.
• Strong experience with interface, networking, and data warehousing technologies; relational database design and performance tuning.
• Experience with Web Services and APIs (WSDL, SOAP, REST and WS standards).
• Strong technical experience with XML and Java.
• Experience with Workday integration tools (Core Connectors, EIB, Workday Studio).
• Understanding of basic database architecture, tables, functional interactions, and downstream impacts.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem‑solving, troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced environment and handle both planned and unplanned responsibilities.
• Ability to prioritize workload and execute tasks independently, providing timely follow‑up and resolution.
• Team‑oriented and collaborative work style.
