As a Senior Credit Risk Analyst
, you’ll take a leading role in shaping how new customers are acquired and underwritten — blending analytics, strategy, and commercial judgment to fuel sustainable growth.

The Opportunity

You’ll own analytics and strategy across the early stages of the credit lifecycle — from acquisition through underwriting and policy optimization.

In this role, you will:
  • Design, test, and optimize acquisition and underwriting strategies that balance growth with credit quality.
  • Use SQL and Python to analyze portfolio trends and uncover performance insights.
  • Partner with data science, product, and finance teams to bring analytical ideas into production.
  • Monitor credit metrics, detect early signals of change, and adjust policy frameworks proactively.
  • Contribute to the evolution of credit governance and measurement standards

What You Bring
  • 2–4 years of experience in credit risk, strategy, or portfolio analytics (cards, personal loans, or consumer lending preferred).
  • Technical proficiency in SQL (Python or R a plus).
  • Deep understanding of credit policy, underwriting, and acquisition strategy
    .
  • Ability to translate complex data into actionable, commercially sound recommendations.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder influence skills.
