Wilmington DE (Onsite initially then hybrid 2 days/week)

Contract to hire opportunity

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, engineering, or a related technical field.
• 5+ years experience developing commercial-grade software systems, with an emphasis on real-time operational systems
• Experience with React.js strongly preferred
• Familiarity with Azure Dev Ops a plus
• Familiarity with SQL Server a plus
• Must be comfortable working with end-users who have varying levels of technical knowledge
• Ability to work on small teams to deliver world-class software projects
• Strong attention to detail with an analytical mindset and outstanding problem-solving skills.
• Awareness of current cybersecurity trends and hacking techniques
• Gather system requirements from end users and document for implementation.
• Post-production deployment, troubleshoot software and network-related issues.
• Participate in the Software Change Management Process.
• Act as Tier 2/Tier 3 Support for operational issues with the given application
• Stay apprised of software development trends, recommend improvements to our Dev Ops process where appropriate
• Willingness to travel to other sites as needed (~10%).
