Salary: $97,840–$122,300 per year. Final compensation is based on factors such as skills, qualifications, and experience.
Essential Responsibilities- Team Leadership & Development
:
Lead, mentor, and develop a high‑performing HR team across various functions including HRBP, talent management, fostering a sense of belonging, and total rewards. - Talent Management
:
Oversee end‑to‑end talent lifecycle—recruitment, onboarding, development, succession planning, and retention strategies to attract and retain top talent. - Employee Engagement & Culture
:
Champion initiatives that promote a positive, inclusive, and high‑performance culture. Drive employee engagement programs and feedback mechanisms. - Compliance & Risk Management
:
Ensure HR policies, procedures, and practices are following federal, state, and local regulations. Manage risk related to employment law and labor relations. - Compensation & Benefits
:
Oversee design, implementation, and management of competitive compensation and benefits programs that align with organizational goals and market standards. - Change Management
:
Lead HR efforts during organizational changes such as mergers, acquisitions, or restructurings. Provide change management expertise and communication planning.
- Direct supervision over the following HR department areas:
- HR Specialist, Talent Acquisition (Recruiting), Hiring, Employee Relations, HRIS & HR Manager Trainings, Payroll & Benefits.
- Responsible for Career Fairs and building relationships with external universities and schools.
- Oversee incoming verifications of employment and all HR employee paperwork changes.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to serve a diverse community.
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s or MBA preferred).
- Proven track record in HR strategy, talent development, and building high‑performance teams.
- Strong knowledge of employment law, HR technologies, and best practices.
- Multi‑lingual.
- 10+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, including at least 5 years in a senior strategic HR role.
