Acquisition Ops Coordinator to join the Talent Acquisition team.
This personwillbe responsible for administrative tasks, schedulinginterviewsand managing our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).This role will help to ensure our hiring processes are efficient, organized, and scalable, and will directlyimpactthe ability to attract and onboard top talent. They will have a direct impact on positive candidate experience and team support.
Key Responsibilities
- Scheduling & Logistics:
Arranging complex interviews across different locations/time zones, managing calendars, and coordinating candidateinterviews. - System Management:
Maintainingdata integrity in ATS (Rippling), managing candidate records, and troubleshooting system workflows. - Candidate
Experience:
Serving as a point of contact for candidates, providingtimelyupdates, and ensuring a positive journey. - Hiring Team Support:
Partnering with recruiters and hiring managers, preparing documentation, andassistingwith offer letters and onboarding. - Process Improvement:
Helping implement standardized recruiting services and ensuring compliance.
Qualifications
- Strong Organization:
Meticulous attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. - Communication:
Excellent written and verbal skills for interacting with candidates, recruiters, andhiring teams. - Tech Proficiency:
Familiarity with Applicant tracking systems,Ripplingexperience is a plus. - Adaptability:
Thriving in fast-paced environments and reprioritizing tasks quickly. - Experience:
2+ years in recruiting or people operations.
