Regulatory Compliance Specialist, Employee Relations
Location: Headquarters - Greater Philadelphia Area

We are seeking an Employment Compliance Analyst to join our Legal team. This individual will play a vital role in supporting compliance audits, investigations, and litigation efforts, ensuring that employment practices align with regulatory requirements while supporting the company’s continued growth.
Responsibilities- Support the Employment Compliance Manager in ensuring compliance with relevant laws and processes.
- Assist with audits, document reviews, and internal investigations.
- Assist with the management of Workers’ Compensation claims, working closely with injured employees, insurance brokers, and claims adjusters to ensure timely and fair resolution.
- Conduct research for training materials, policy updates, and employee guidance.
- Identify potential risks or concerns regarding employment practices and policies.
- Collaborate with Power’s People Resources department to update and communicate employment policies and procedures.
- Work closely with attorneys on employment litigation and related matters.
- Conduct research and prepare supporting documentation for projects and ongoing initiatives.
- Assist in maintaining organized and accurate records of compliance-related activity.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Prior experience in employment compliance, human resources, or a comparable role strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated knowledge of HR management and compliance practices.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with Apple and Microsoft Office applications.
- Positive, proactive attitude with a resourceful approach to problem-solving.

The Employment Compliance Analyst works in a state-of-the-art office environment at our corporate headquarters. This is not a remote or hybrid work opportunity. Some travel may be required.
