• Provide recruitment support for a team of recruiters, including scheduling a high volume of interviews across candidates and business teams, coordinating conference rooms or video calls, and sending confirmations and planners.
• Prepare employment contracts for the US, Canada, and Latin America, ensuring compliance with local legal requirements.
• Process internal transfers and manage pre-hire checks, escalating issues as needed.
• Maintain accurate applicant data in Workday and other tracking systems, ensuring information is up-to-date.
• Serve as the main point of contact for committed hires, managing the post-offer, pre-hire process to ensure all required steps are completed prior to the start date.
• Drive process improvements within core HR operations by assessing current workflows and recommending enhancements.
• Build and maintain strong partnerships across the firm, including Talent Acquisition, HR Compliance, Talent Management, Diversity & Inclusion, Legal, Finance, and other stakeholders, to resolve issues and mitigate risks.
• Advocate for and reinforce culture and principles, contributing to the mentality.
• Support cross-functional HR projects as needed.

• Strong attention to detail with a proven track record of operational excellence in HR.
• Excellent client relationship management and interpersonal skills, capable of building trusted relationships quickly.
• Highly motivated, proactive, and able to inspire others to achieve high performance.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to tailor messages to diverse audiences.
• Experience with Workday is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
