Respiratory Therapist

Full Time Registered Respiratory Therapist for day shift to provide service to all areas of the hospital, including adult and infant critical care units, medical‑surgical floors and emergency care. This position will provide services to the Respiratory Care Department in the Christiana Care Wilmington Hospital.

Night and rotation every 3rd weekend and rotating holidays.

• Minimum of an Associate's Degree in Respiratory Therapy or Graduate of a CoArc approved School of Respiratory Therapy.
• Licensure in the State of Delaware required.
• Greater than 6 months experience preferred.

• Maintains Active Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) Credential from the National Board of Respiratory Care (NBRC).
• Maintain Current BLS Certification.
• Current AARC Member preferred.
• Licensure in the State of Delaware required.

Pay range is from $39.50 to $54.31 based on relevant years of experience. This pay rate/range represents Christiana Care’s good faith and reasonable estimate of compensation at the time of posting. The actual salary within this range offered to a successful candidate will depend on individual factors including, without limitation, skills, relevant experience, and qualifications as they relate to specific job requirements.
