Junior Rco Associate – MRT

The MRT Intern supports the Medical Records Team in day-to-day operations related to medical records submission, data validation, reconciliation, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Verify medical documents for completeness and accuracy.
• Update systems, trackers, and reports with accurate data.
• Follow SOPs, quality guidelines, and compliance requirements.
• Support the team in audits, quality checks, and documentation.
• Coordinate with team members to resolve basic operational queries.
• Learn and support workflow improvement initiatives under guidance.

• Graduate degree in Life Sciences, Nursing, or related field.
• 1 + Years Experience in any field
• Basic knowledge of medical records,documentation work or healthcare.
• Good attention to detail and time management.
• Basic computer skills and willingness to learn new tools.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Basic awareness of data privacy and confidentiality (HIPAA knowledge is a plus).
