Job Summary:
Able Minds ABA is seeking a dedicated and experienced Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in Wilmington, DE. Responsibilities:
• Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and provide ABA therapy to clients with autism and related disorders
• Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive and effective treatment
• Provide training and support to autism therapy staff and family members
• Develop and implement behavioral plans and protocols to meet client needs
• Maintain accurate and timely records of client progress and treatment
• Stay current with industry developments and best practices in ABA therapy
Requirements:
• Master's degree in Special Education, Psychology, or related field
• Board Certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA)
• At least 1 year of experience in ABA therapy or a related field
• Strong understanding of ABA principles and practices
• Excellent communication, assessment, and intervention skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Flexibility to work varying schedules, including weekends and evenings
