The RoleWe are seeking an accomplished Clinical Sales Specialist to support the growth of our market‑leading portfolio of anaerobic chambers and True PRAS™ media for the clinical diagnostic and hospital market across Europe.
This role requires a strong scientific foundation in clinical microbiology, commercial maturity, and the ability to manage complex sales cycles involving both clinical laboratory media and capital equipment.
The ideal candidate brings a proven record of success in clinical diagnostics sales, particularly in negotiating reagent supply agreements, managing multi‑year contracts, and developing long‑term relationships with customers across Europe.
Travel is expected up to 30% across Europe to support customers and develop business.
Where You Make a Difference- Drive revenue growth through the sale of clinical culture media, reagents, and capital equipment, including anaerobic chambers
- Build and execute strategic account plans within clinical microbiology labs and hospital systems
- Lead negotiations for reagent supply agreements, multi‑year contracts, and volume‑based purchasing arrangements
- Monitor and respond to public tenders, ensuring compliance with procurement requirements and timelines
- Partner with distributors and other market participants when tenders include third‑party components or multi‑lot structures
- Deliver technical presentations, product demonstrations, and consultative support to prospective and existing customers
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts, CRM activity, and territory reporting
- Represent Biolog at scientific congresses, trade exhibitions, and customer events
- University degree in microbiology, biotechnology, chemistry, or a related life science discipline
- Proven success in clinical diagnostics sales, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
- Strong experience negotiating reagent supply agreements, multi‑year contracts, and volume‑based purchasing terms
- Solid understanding of clinical microbiology workflows, diagnostic lab operations, and hospital environments
- Ability to manage complex sales cycles across consumables (media/reagents) and capital equipment (ideally anaerobic chambers or related instrumentation)
- Familiarity with public procurement and tender processes, including compliance and timeline management
- Confident communicator with strong presentation, consultative selling, and relationship‑building skills
- Proficiency in English; an additional European language (especially German) is strongly preferred
- Organized, analytical, self‑driven, and comfortable working independently in a fast‑paced, growth‑oriented environment
Annual Salary: $100,000-$150,000
