BAYADA Home Health Care has immediate openings for Certified Home Health Aides (HHAs) or Certified Nursing Assistants to care for clients in the Wilmington, DE area. As a valued member of our home care team, you will be supported, respected, and heard.
Job Responsibilities- Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)
- Perform range of motion exercises
- Support transfers and use of mechanical lifting devices
- Check vital signs (temperature, pulse, respiration)
- Complete home management tasks: laundry, meal prep, bed making, light housekeeping
- Assist with ambulation
- HHA Certification required
- CNA License
- Must include 75+ hours of approved training
- Proof of HHA training and CNA certification
- Weekly Pay
- Starting rate: $17.85/hr plus shift differential
- Paid Time Off
