Registered Behavioral Technician; RBT

One of our clients is seeking Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT) for rewarding opportunities in the Aston PA area.

School Hours 8:00 am- 3:30 pm. $25/hr and up! Contract Signing Bonus $300! Ask for details.

As a RBT, you will provide critical one-on-one, behavior-based interventions in school, home and classroom settings. You will:

• Deliver interventions as outlined in the treatment plan with precision and professionalism.
• Document progress through written clinical notes for each client encounter.
• Participate in required weekly supervisions to ensure high-quality care.

To qualify, you must meet the following educational and experience requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED
• One year experience
• RBT training 40 hours
• Safety Care Trained

• Complete and pass clearances: FBI, Child Abuse (ACT 126), and Criminal.
• Provide current health documents, including a physical exam, TB test, CPR, and First Aid Level 2 certification.
• Demonstrate the ability to work independently and effectively in dynamic environments.

• Establish a relationship with one of the nation's largest referral agencies for behavioral-health and special education.
