We are now hiring a Speech Language Pathologist for a school in Wilmington, Delaware.

Candidates must meet Delaware licensure requirements, including:

• Valid Delaware SLP license from the Division of Professional Regulation
• Certification from the Delaware Department of Education for school-based work
• Graduate degree in Speech Language Pathology
• ASHA certification preferred

Key responsibilities include:

• Assessing student speech and communication challenges
• Creating and carrying out personalized therapy plans
• Supporting IEP goal development and delivery
• Coordinating with school staff and families
• Maintaining detailed records and progress reports
