Blazer Jobs is currently scheduling interviews for a full-time Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) itinerant position serving preschool students throughout the Wilmington, DE area. This role runs from September 17, 2025, through June 15, 2026
, offering a consistent 37.5-hour work week

• Provide speech and language services across multiple preschool sites.
• Conduct evaluations, develop IEP goals, and deliver therapy sessions.
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and support staff to enhance student outcomes.
• Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with district and state guidelines.

• District-issued laptop and iPads equipped with therapy applications.
• Active participation in professional learning communities with 39 other SLPs for support and collaboration.
• Access to subscriptions for CEUs and continued professional growth.

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Current Delaware SLP license

• State of Delaware Department of Education certification as a School-Based SLP.
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) strongly preferred.
• Prior pediatric or school-based experience a plus.
